What is the Office of Suicide Prevention?
The Office of Suicide Prevention is a Nevada government agency within the Department of Health and Human Services. Established by NRS 439, the Office of Suicide Prevention works across the state to provide educational activities and training related to suicide prevention, coordinate with local agencies to prevent
deaths from suicide in their community, provide suicide prevention resources across the state and enhance and support crisis response services in Nevada.

The Division of Public and Behavioral Health is committed to protecting the personal health information of Nevadans throughout the state. Please do not include personal health information, including any diagnoses or causes of death, when emailing the Office of Suicide Prevention.
